El Pica Lletres is a television and radio language competition, which consists of spelling words in Catalan and solving ingenious language games!The Pica Lletres application collects all the language tests and games that appear in the television competition.MODES:The application has two modes: Play mode and Competition mode.In the first, play mode, any user of the app can practice spelling and games freely. In the second, Competition mode, only schools registered in the competition will be able to enter to participate in the various qualifiers and be able to opt for the phases that will be played on television. To be able to register, schools must pre-register through the form on our website www.picalletres.cat and at the beginning of the year they will receive an email with a username, a password and a date of participation.TESTS:There are 4 different language tests:Lets spell!The Intruder, which includes 3 minigames: Barbarism, The Hidden Mistake, and This Word Doesnt Fit.The mysterious wordThe secret codeLets spell! In this test, the user must write the words they hear using the keyboard that appears on the screen. There are 3 levels of increasing difficulty.The competition mode includes one more level, called La Megaparaula. In this case it is necessary to write only one word of great difficulty.the intruder This test includes 3 minigames: Barbarism, The Hidden Mistake, and This Word Doesnt Fit. All the minigames have a common goal: you have to find the intruding word (either because its a barbarism, because it doesnt fit in with the rest, or because its misspelled).The Mysterious Word. In this test you have to find a word that has most of the letters missing. Every 10 seconds a new letter appears and for each letter, points are subtracted.The secret code: In this test you have to guess a concept using 3 clues, which must also be solved. These clues are three sentences that are missing vowels and need to be completed. Once the 3 sentences have been solved, you will have to find the concept to which they refer.
